I made an order 4 months ago and haven’t had any communication with this company. Order at your own risk.
the communication overall could've been a bit better, i experienced delayed responses and at times NO response. i didn't even receive the video of the embroidery process of my order that they said they would send, but all in all when i received the product i was very pleased with the quality and will be placing a bulk order. just wish the communication had gone better.
Every product I’ve received from you guys are amazing. Never been more satisfied with a manufacturer
